Santee Cooper, Coastal Electric Co-op, approve 3MW solar farm. While a single 3MW utility scale project doesn't really exhibit the benefits of distributed grid model; it is a step in the right direction.  Hopefully this indicates a sea change in utility approach to solar in SC.  Help us support positive moves by joining our voice in SC.
